About Mommy is... LLC is a community and lifestyle brand offering membership-based experiences, events, and curated self-care products designed to nurture and inspire mothers. This website and its offerings are operated by Titilayo M. Mitchell in Chicago, IL.
Memberships & Subscriptions Memberships may be billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before your renewal date. You can manage or cancel your membership at any time by contacting thismommyis@gmail.com. Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
Membership Benefits Your tier benefits (such as event access, digital resources, or mailed self-care kits) are outlined on the Membership page and may evolve over time to enhance your experience.
Events, Gatherings, & Workshops Event registration is confirmed upon payment. Refunds or credits are available only if cancellation is made 7 or more days before the event date. If an event is canceled or rescheduled by Mommy is..., you will receive notice and the option for a refund or event credit. Participation is voluntary, and attendees assume responsibility for their own well-being during all events.
Products & Digital Goods Physical and digital products (e.g., candles, affirmation cards, PDFs) are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for replacement options. All downloadable materials are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
Wellness & Disclaimer Mommy is... events and resources are designed for inspiration, connection, and self-care. There is no provision of medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. Always consult a qualified health provider regarding any personal concerns or conditions.
Community Standards Spaces—online and in-person—are built on kindness, respect, and inclusion. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access for any member whose behavior disrupts or disrespects the community environment.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mommy is... LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs, use of products, or website activities.
