Hi, I'm Dr. Titilayo M. Mitchell—though around my home, you'll most often hear me called "The Mommy," a name lovingly given to me by my husband and one I wear with gratitude. I'm the founder of Mommy is...LLC, a space created from a simple belief: while we've all heard "it takes a village," too many mothers and caregivers find themselves searching for one. Mommy is... was born from the desire to help rebuild that village—not by telling women who they should be, but by creating a place where they're free to be exactly who they are. As a wife, mother, educator, business psychologist, and lifelong learner, I've experienced firsthand the beauty, complexity, and constant evolution of caring for others while learning to care for myself.
